This website is operated by MOUNTURNIC. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MOUNTURNIC. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products and made-to-order production

MOUNTURNIC clothing is produced after an order is placed. We work to describe products, colors, sizing, materials, and images accurately, but screen settings and production methods may cause minor differences. Product availability, designs, prices, and descriptions may change without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully authorized and we send confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailable products, or an undeliverable destination. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations are only possible before production starts. Please review the product, color, size, quantity, and address carefully before ordering.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties, and discounts are calculated or disclosed during checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the total shown when you submit your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address errors, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.

6. Returns, problems, and refunds

As items are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color, except where required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. 7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape or reproduce content without permission, commit fraud, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The MOUNTURNIC name, logos, designs, product artwork, photography, copy, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to MOUNTURNIC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use does not grant a right to copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.

9. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, production partners, and delivery carriers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for content or transactions on sites we do not control.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, produce orders, prevent fraud, and deliver purchases.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. MOUNTURNIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
